Organisé par la société philanthropique de Bailleul, le Carnaval de Bailleul se déroule avant et pendant Mardi Gras. De nombreuses organisations font vivre le Carnaval. Les opérations du Docteur Picolissimo, la sortie du Gargantua, le concours de masques et d'intrigues, le Mercredi des cendres et tous les groupes et bandas qui animent tout le cortège.
